As of November 2011, in conjunction with the rapid residential construction, the 4-story retail podium and 11-story office tower have progressed with speed and precision. The apartment towers continue to close out, with drainage excavation commencing in the perimeter areas. The façades are also continuing to progress quickly, with IPH’s signature exterior taking shape in Hanoi’s skyline
